Will and I made it out last friday for our final day of the season. The hill is open this weekend and next but I am not sure if we will make it. Mixed bag of spring weather this week but still snowing in the alpine and even a bit in town. The yard is close to snow free so we can get to work making this yard kid freindly and fun, the back actually still has a good 4 inch covering on it though. By the time Josie's parents arrive tuesday we should be able to get to work. The work that we will get done over the next few weeks seems impossible but I really plan to make the best of Bill and Paula being here.
In the pictues Will is with our hotel ski hosts a Kiwi ski couple of certain noteriety. They spend the winter in the Powder springs as hotel and hill promtional people and are the most regular at the bar bringing in clients from all over the world. Will and I did two long runs that day then sat in the sun on the patio and ate fries.

Will and Madeleine are back on their bikes and CeeCee wants to go on the trike but just can't keep it upright for too long. The driveway is cleared all the way through so we can play outside, only another foot or so to melt off the lawn so we can play even more. People are so anxious around here they are shovelling and snow blowing lawns clear. The skiing has been phenomenal as more new snow just keeps coming. I even found some thigh deep powder to play in on Monday. Will and I are going tomorrow for the final time this year, MadB says she doesn't want to go but we will see then.
Our weekend in Kelowna was fun and we did not even spend too much money. Friday we went to their cool pool for a couple hours there is a splash park, wave pool, water slides, 50m pool, and a cool wave rider thing. The kids had a blast and I am sure the other 500 people there did too. Saturday afternoon Tom and the kids and me and our kids went for a drive while the ladies shopped. The kids ran wild at Mission Hill while I shopped and then we played a waterfront park, a real novelty as our parks are still covered in snow.
Not much else going on here, everyone is fine and normal as far as I can tell.
